Mum's Birhday...

Friday was my mum's 67th Birthday.  We bought her these gloves:

and I made her this card:-

It is really a Valentine's card but Mum loves penguins so it seemed suitable.  It is my sister's birthday next Tuesday so we decided to go to Coventry yesterday to deliver her present to her.  We went out for a lovely meal and it was a really great day.

Here's my mum, me and Michelle, my sister at the restaurant.  As you can see Michelle hates having her photo taken. Mum and me aren't that keen either but at least we managed to smile.

Michelle loved her present, we bought her a Banksy print.

Lunch was delicious.  We all had the best day.

My Little Sister's Birthday ...

My "little" sister had her 27th birthday a week last Saturday while we were in Scotland. I made her this card because last time I was at her house I spotted some Clarice Cliff mugs, I think she has the same mug problem as I do, never met a mug I don't like, bond with instantly and want to take home!
I also bought her some hideously expensive Issey Miyake shower gel. Love you 'Chell!

My Little Sister Is All Grown Up...

My gorgeous little sister, Michelle, has bought her own house. She's been through some tough times throughout her life but she's done really, really well for herself. She's worked so hard at her job and it is paying off and now she's done what she's always wanted to do and bought her very own home. I made this card for her and her fella Lee. Love ya 'Chell!
